The plants offered come from the Polish producer Toraf, and are provided with a plant passport issued by a competent authority under: Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on protective measures against plant pests. The packages of toraf have a batch number and expiration date. However, the packages do not have the Dutch language.
