1. Qualification for the Lowest Price Guarantee.
- The lowest price guarantee applies to identical products available on our website www.thegrowsupplier.com and on a competitor’s Dutch website (.nl domain). Physical stores are not covered by our lowest price guarantee.
- The product must be new and unused.
- The price comparison must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Eligible Competitors.
- The competitor must be an authorized seller with an online store located in the Netherlands.
- Auction websites, marketplaces and individual sellers are not eligible.
3. Price comparison
- To claim the lowest price guarantee, please contact our customer service department at contact@thegrowsupplier.com and provide the relevant information, including a link to the competitor’s product page with the lower price.
- The price comparison should include the total cost of the product including VAT and shipping but excluding any additional charges.
4. Review and Approval
- The Grow Supplier will review the price comparison and reserves the right to refuse the lowest price guarantee if the conditions are not met.
- Upon approval, The Grow Supplier will refund the price difference or provide a credit for future purchases.
5. Eligible products
- All products of which the product page and/or category page indicates that it is covered by The Grow Supplier’s lowest price guarantee.
6. Exclusions
- Promotional and discount offers, coupons, bundle sales and seasonal discounts are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
7. Modification of Terms and Conditions
- The Grow Supplier reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
