Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at rvprooije@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Return exceptions

Notice:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

1. For sealed products. When the seal is broken these products are not returnable.
2. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications;
3. that are clearly personal in nature;
4. which by their nature cannot be returned;
5. that can spoil or age quickly;
6. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
7. For single newspapers and magazines;
8. for audio and video recordings and computer software for which the consumer has broken the seal.

Depreciation in the event of damaged product or packaging

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is packaged properly when you return it.
