Web store software
WooCommerce
Our online store is developed with WooCommerce software. Personal information you provide for the purpose of our services made available to us are shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obligated under the agreement we have with them to provide appropriate security measures to be taken. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group in order to improve the further improve services.
Web hosting
MyDomain
We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MyDomain processes personal data on behalf of us and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of services. These are not personal data. MyDomain has appropriate technical and taken organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MyDomain is bound to confidentiality under the contract.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data will be stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share information with third parties.
Antagonist
We use the services of Antagonist for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Antagonist does not have access to our mailbox, and we handle all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
To handle some or all of the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and city information and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and, as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur’s platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use PostNL’s services for making deliveries. This requires that we share your name, address, and residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your information available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
Efactuurdirect
For our record-keeping and accounting, we use the services of Efactuurdirect. We share your name, address, residence information, and details related to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Efactuurdirect is committed to confidentiality and will keep your information confidential. Efactuurdirect does not use your personal data for any purposes other than those described above.
External sales channels
Bol.com
We sell (some of) our items through Bol.com’s platform. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal information with us. We use this information to fulfill your order. We handle your data confidentially and have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your information solely for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your information for (targeted) marketing. We will keep your information for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
