These Ditmaska white cabbage seeds yield a very early variety of white cabbage. It produces round heads weighing 1.2 to 1.5 kilograms. This particular variety of cabbage makes compact heads with tall, succulent leaves and is therefore widely grown for direct consumption as opposed to processing in vegetable mix. It is perfect for making salads such as cole slaw, as well as an ingredient for soup or stir fry. Ditmarska white cabbage retains its nutrtitional value only a short time after harvest, which is why it is best to harvest it and use it immediately in your dishes or freeze it. It is not suitable for long-term storage.

Sow in a greenhouse or for a warm spot between mid-February and April. In mid-April put the seedlings in a permanent spot. Under foil tunnels, you can give it its permanent home around the end of March. It takes about 50-55 days before you have a delicious and mature white cabbage.
