The Vintage Wine tomato seeds produce one of the few tomatoes with pastel shades. These pale pink, striped tomatoes weighing 0.3 kg are decorated with golden-green stripes.

The skin of the fruit is quite thin and the round shape sometimes has a ridge that deepens toward the end of the stem. The fleshy flesh is thick with narrow seed sacs and a small number of seeds. The plants produce abundant yields and can reach an average height of 1.5 meters.

Elegant, sweet and flavorful, with a pleasant, mild taste that goes with most dishes. It is also an excellent salad tomato.

The Vintage Wine variety was developed by Tom Wagner’s Brandy Stripe tomato lines. Introduced by K. Sahin, Zaden BV in 1998 in the Netherlands. A very popular variety with market vendors, gardeners and cooks.

As a result, the risk of disease is zero, and our seeds deliver great germination. When the tomato seeds begin to germinate, it’s beneficial to use a grow light, as young plants need plenty of light to grow healthy and strong. During this early stage, it’s ideal to have the light on for 12 to 16 hours each day.
