A delicious spinach variety suitable for growing in spring, fall and early winter. The leaves of Parys spinach are short-stemmed and dark green. Ideal for freezing and eating cooked or raw.
Successful sowing can be achieved in greenhouses, flower beds, containers and pots. Spinach is easy to grow. The seeds should be sown in a rich, well-drained substrate and watered often without rinsing them off for the crop to flourish.
This spinach is productive and grows quickly. Row or covered seeding is an option. When the leaves have grown to the ideal size, is ready to harvest. Harvested spinach can be consumed fresh, or it can be cooked or added to salads and smoothies. It can also be frozen without problems.

- Sow: mid-March – May
- Harvest: August – September
- Space: keep enough space between seedlings
Tested spinach seeds
These spinach seeds are laboratory tested by Vilmorin for such things as germination, seed purity and moisture content. The tests done are according to ISTA (International Seed Evaluation Associaton) guidelines.

The spinach seeds are organically harvested and tested. On the package is an expiration date and the “batch” number.
