Kohlrabi Gigant produces a bulbous tuber with white flesh and light green skin that is exceptionally tasty and resistant to shedding. there is a wide range of options for processing and storage (freezing).

It is important for kohlrabi to have humus-rich, fertile soil that is sufficiently moist.

For summer harvest, sow from mid-March to April, and for fall harvest from May to early June.

The tests done are according to ISTA (International Seed Evaluation Associaton) guidelines. Kohlrabi seeds remain good in the package for 2 to 5 years, depending on the batch and type of Kohlrabi seed.
