In addition, the ability to keep growing trays cool provides flexibility in your growing cycle, so there is always room for new crops.

The diversity of microgreens to be grown is practically limitless, with proven successes in varieties such as lettuces, radishes, broccoli and other microgreens, to name a few. Growing leafy vegetables and edible flowers involves a slightly longer growing period, but the reward is a steady supply of fresh ingredients, simply picking the leaves or flowers needed, then quickly regrowing the plants.
