Bengal Naga Peach was discovered as a strange plant in a Bhut Jolokia-filled English greenhouse at Sea Spring Seeds in the United Kingdom, and evolved from there.
This plant is quite bushy and can reach a height of over a meter in pot. However, it can grow as tall as 1.5 meters if planted in the open ground. When the plant is full of these incredible looking peppers, it really looks beautiful. In addition, it is an excellent bloomer, giving you lots of peppers that are really hot.
When fully developed, the peppers change from pale lime green to a beautiful light peach color.
The Bengal Naga Peach can be used to make supercharged chili powder or hot sauce. Be sure not to use too much when incorporating this pepper into dishes because of its extreme heat level!
