The Windsor Garden Bean is a medium-early variety, and is very prolific. The plants grow to a height of 120 cm and do not branch too much.

The plant usually grows 6-10 broad pods at a time, with 3-4 large, flat, greenish-white seeds.

Seeds should be sown as soon as possible in spring from March to May 4-6 cm deep, in rows every 30-50 cm and spaced 2-3 seeds every 25 cm.

It requires soil that is fertile and moist.
