A recently created pepper that stems from the Naga Morich and is called Big Bang Chocolate Naga. The peppers are up to several inches long, chocolate brown, wrinkled and have a scorching heat. The Trinidad Scorpion and Chocolate Ghost peppers have about the same heat as this Chocolate Naga. The age of this breed is unknown, so it may not be completely stable yet.

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, Naga Morich and Ghost peppers were crossed to create its close relative, the Naga Viper. Some people even claim that the 7 Pot pepper contributed to the development of the Naga Viper. Although the Big Bang Chocolate Naga has not yet been formally tested, it is believed to have a heat level similar to that of the Naga Viper, ranging from 900,000 to 1,300,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

In terms of heat, this pepper is in the same boat as, for example, the Bhut Jolokia Peach and the Bhut Naga Jolokia. At The Grow Supplier, we highly recommend this!
