Tauge seeds are actually mung beans. The sprouts of these Mung beans when they germinate are called Tauge. Bean sprouts are incredibly easy and quick to sprout and also very healthy! To avoid bitterness, bean sprouts should be planted in shade or indoors.

Bean sprouts take about 2 to 3 days to sprout if you want to eat them as young sprouts. Want some bigger and crisper shoots? Then 6 to 7 days.

How do you grow bean sprouts?

  1. Use a sprouting glass or sprouting jar for sprouting vegetables such as Bean sprouts
